		<description>This was very useful, thanks!  What jumped out at me is how important coaching from a third party can be.  For example, I often see management with check-book commitments to organizational change, and expect people to read a book or just start collaborating and then call themselves agile.  To really become a culture of Collaboration, I think an organization should build consensus on what their &quot;meaning&quot; is in &quot;relationship to their customer&quot; (Cultivation).  Perhaps then, a nice balance of Collaboration &amp; Cultivation can persist.</description>
