Bill Joiner, co-author of Leadership Agility, is a seasoned leadership and organization development consultant with over 30 years of experience completing successful projects with companies based in the US, Canada, and Europe. He is also President of ChangeWise, a firm that helps clients develop organizational, team, and leadership agility. As co-designer of the Leadership Agility 360, ChangeWise also trains and certifies coaches in its use. Bill has served for 9 years as an adjunct faculty member in Leadership for Change, at Boston College. He earned his BA and MBA at Southern Methodist University and his Doctorate in Organization Development at Harvard University.
