An organizational change coach and consultant for 20 years, Michael has worked with Fortune 500, small businesses and non-profits. For 10 years he has specialized in technology-oriented teams and associated enterprise transformation efforts, working with over 50 teams in that time. Michael is trained as a Team and Organizational Coach, holds a Masters degree in psychology, has training in Co-Active leadership, executive coaching, and organizational behavior. He is a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
||With more than 20 years of senior-level leadership experience in marketing, product development and human resources management, Jane credits her success to her ability to build and lead teams. She offers expertise, insight and a very practical approach to high-performing leaders and teams who want to achieve even greater performance. Her clients include executive leadership teams, IT project teams, cross-functional teams and teams in transition as a result of merger, acquisition or new leadership. Jane was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for a $50 billion financial institution. She has also served as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Jane recently was honored by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach.

|Named “One of the Top Ten Most Influential Coaches in the U.S.,” Darst is playful and inspiring, working with all kinds of people to move them past limitations and into action. She was one of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, was a founding leader for The Center for Right Relationship and The Coaches Training Institute, as well as being one of the founders of the ICF. Darst maintains a full roster of private clients including entrepreneurs, entertainment industry executives and corporate executives at Boeing, American Express, Wells Fargo, and Ernst & Young, among others.
||David Darst, CPCC, PCC is a Senior Course Leader at both The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). One of the first to be certified in the field of Relationship Coaching by CRR, David has had the opportunity to work with thousands of individual and relationship coaches. He has trained over a thousand individual coaches, corporate leaders and high performance teams internationally, including IBM, Toyota and Motorola. Within the Financial Services sector, David has coached leaders in Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Xinnix.
